Our company structure is divided into 3 different service business areas:

The three building blocks of our services consist of the one hand of the reactive part- Innovative Service Management, which deals among other things with the installation and start-up, the procurement of spare parts, the repair and/or renewal as well as the maintenance and calibration of your machines and equipment. The second building block, active part – “Technology with added value”, includes engineering and automation, monitoring and visualization of the processes. In this step, we also offer you advice and implementation on CE markings. And the third building block is particularly interesting: This involves the predictive maintenance of your machines and systems. Here, the condition of your equipment is continuously monitored, on an interface developed for you personally, and various data analyses are created with the help of the selection and installation of suitable sensors.

The proactive part is a predictive maintenance methodology. Through our internal platform, we have digital access to the data of the machines and systems you connect. We develop custom-fit solutions for you with regard to the maintenance intervals of your machines and equipment and detect maintenance and/or wear-intensive parts using our unique software. We support you in the implementation and introduction of predictive maintenance using condition monitoring and AI methodologies and design a custom-fit solution for you.

We design solution-oriented “Predictive Maintenance” and “Condition Monitoring” systems with you.

Together we analyze which data and information is required for your use case and its analysis.

We identify, develop and integrate a custom-fit solution based on the data according to your rules using AI (machine learning) algorithms.
