The second building block, active part – “Technology with added value”, includes engineering and automation, monitoring and visualization of the processes. In this step, we also offer you advice and implementation on CE markings. And the third building block is particularly interesting: This involves the predictive maintenance of your machines and systems. Here, the condition of your equipment is continuously monitored, on an interface developed for you personally, and various data analyses are created with the help of the selection and installation of suitable sensors.
With the reactive part, we react for you as soon as your machines have a fault, have failed or there is damage to software or hardware. We make sure that the damaged components are replaced and/or reactivated as quickly as possible. Our job is to ensure that your machines are back in normal operating condition as quickly as possible.
